It is ok to love you.
It is ok to give your self permission to love, support and respect you.
Do you know this is ok?
For most of you reading this, the answer would be no.
From the moment we are born, we look to others to receive us, to love us, to support us, to nurture us.
We give to others, we look to others for their acceptance and acknowledgement.
We get caught up in our daily lives and we forget about our self.
We live in fear of not being enough and that fear becomes our reality.
We often live by this fear, this perception, we have created and accepted.
There was a time, in your life, when you knew it was ok to love you.
You are you, remember you and know it is ok to love you.
We take on the responsibilities of others and become responsible for others.
Our responsibilities lie with ourselves to know it is ok to love and support ourselves.
Only you can unfold the responsibilities you have put on yourself of your belief and be responsible for this.
All we have to know it is ok to love and support our self.
And allow ourselves to know this.
If each person did this for themselves, the world would be one of love.
Nothing more, nothing less.
