Love is all we are, and all we can be!

A Nomad

Hello to all,
It has been a while since my last blog. Been a lot going on.
I am now on my solo journey of being a nomad.
Having had my car stolen last December, which then allowed me to get the insurance money, that enabled me to purchase my campervan.
My wee home on wheels, ‘Turtles’.
I love it, it is compact, versatile, comfortable and fulfils my every need while I travel, keeping warm and safe wherever I go.

As a child of the age of 5, I had a dream of travelling solo around Australia.
I am now doing it, 54 years later. I also asked for a way to be supported financially to travel and falling into motel management 30 months ago, I am now doing relief motel management around the country.

This journey, travelling solo, is taking me on a whole different aspect
of myself. Some may say I am brave, I think I am of courage. I am allowing myself to follow my dream, something I have thought about for a long time. It is one thing to think about doing something, it is something else, when we take action. As we allow ourselves to open ourselves up to the possibility of following our journey and taking responsibility of that, guess what, the universe steps in and opens the doors to allow it to happen.

It all comes from our willingness to take action for ourselves.

Our journeys are our own to follow. To let go the expectations and the responsibilities that are often put upon us, or we take on and give ourselves the opportunity to face ourselves fully from the core of our being.

The physical aspect to being a nomad is not difficult.
The emotional aspect, to the allowing of letting all that we know to fall away, to the allowing ourselves to be alone with ourselves, can be the challenge for many.

On one level, it can be lonely, on another, it is exhilarating and empowering to have this time with our self. To be ok with who we are.
To be simply, that I am.

Miss your beautiful self at yoga. My dream was to open my own little yoga space and everything fell into place as soon as I made the decision to do it. Life does work for us if we allow ourselves to surrender to it. Will enjoy following your journey Karen and hope we meet again somewhere. Xx
