We are, not one thing,
We are many things, all at once.
We have many layers to us,
And many dimensions.
When are able to acknowledge our layers,
We can then start to break them down bit by bit.
Allowing ourselves, to start to heal from the inside out.
We are our own healers,
We have to be willing to allow ourselves to heal.
A healer can support us and bring things into our awareness,
But we are in effect our healers to ourselves.
Healing is an ongoing journey.
It is not a quick fix,
Or a magic potion or pill.
Healing is a lifelong awareness,
Of living in recognition and responsibility, of ourselves.
We are the only ones, who can know and understand our self,
To be responsible to our self.
No one is devoid of their responsibility to peel back their layers,
To return to their light and love.
In this life, many of us, live in support of others,
Often deeming ourselves insignificant,
Wanting to belong to something or someone.
Thus not living in our own support of our needs.
If we are not feeling supported,
Or are living in justification of our situation,
Only we can change it by making the changes,
In support of ourselves.
Our reflection of our inner sanctuary,
Often shows up in our physical reality.
Sometimes it can be quite subtle,
and sometimes it can be quite profound.
Sometimes, something may be taken away,
Or we may lose our job,
This is our soul, opening our door,
Of opportunity in support of our self.
Everything comes to us, when it needs to be attended to,
We just, always have to be prepared, and willing to notice,
What is being shown to us.
It comes, from our listening and our ability to support ourselves.
To feel our own contentment.
In our own contentment, there is peace,
In this, there is an acceptance,
In our acceptance, there is love.
In this space, we can allow ourselves to remember.
