Deep inside all of us, on some level,
there is a feeling of inadequacy,
and a belief, we are inadequate.
We are very clever at avoiding this, by living our lives,
To fit in or belong to something or someone,
And finding ways to fill our days, justifying our lives.
Living our lives by others expectations, unconsciously.
It just happens.
We fall into what becomes familiar and what we can relate to,
Losing sight of our own ability to recognise our own adequacy,
In who we are.
We all have a physical body and emotional body.
We are often so busy doing our lives,
We do not take the time to feel our way in our lives.
Our bodies are our greatest messengers and will do us no wrong.
That is all we have, nothing more, nothing less.
Yet, we dismiss our own ability to trust in our beings.
If we listen,
Our bodies will bring aspects of ourselves into our awareness,
As this is the only way our soul can communicate with us.
But for many, the messages go unheeded and many do not know how to relate their physical issues with their emotional body.
Often running to the specialists for the answers to the physical issues.
We are spiritual beings in a human body.
If we choose.
We all have the ability to heal ourselves from within.
We just have to ask ourselves the questions and listen for the answers.
There are messages everywhere around us,
In the form of nature, birds, animals and songs.
We just have to be in our knowing and our awareness,
To listen and heed and take time for ourselves.
We are natural beings of love and light.
We can ebb and flow through our lives,
Like the ebb and flow of the waves.
Breathe in, breathe out and feel through our own
Intuition and understanding.
We are not what we do,
We are born perfect and pure.
We are perfect and pure.
It is just our minds that get in the way and bring in the doubt.
Our soul knows.
We just have to listen.
We just have to trust and remember.
