We are just energy,
In this realisation,
We can then begin to,
Understand ourselves,
On a different level.
When we are born,
We are just pure love and light,
As we grow,
We lose sight of our own significance.
Often taking on the beliefs,
And fears of others,
Without our knowing,
Or being conscious of this.
If we can live in our understanding,
Of our energy,
We can let go the need,
To seek approval from another,
Or the need to fit in or belong.
In our being just energy,
We can allow our shift,
Of the dense, stagnation energy,
We carry in our self.
The more we can shift,
Let go,
Of the illusion,
The denseness.
We can begin to live our lives,
In respect of our energetic being.
It is all about,
Facing ourselves,
On every level and,
Taking responsibility of our own energy.
In this, we will become lighter,
We can live in our truth,
Remembering our authentic self,
Allowing our energy to flow naturally.
This is our natural way of being,
We are our magnificence,
At every moment, every turn,
We just have to remember.
