We are our breath.

We are a part of all that is.
We have to nourish and respect, our own potential of what we are.

We are our expansiveness and our connection to the universe.
Dig deep and remember your sovereignty.

We are controlled and numbed by the media and the messages
dictated to us.
We are fear-mongered and only told what we need to be told,
to keep us in a state of compliance.

We need to understand, we are not our job, we are not our income,
we are not what we have been told we are.

We are our magnificence.

We are much more than what we see when we look in the mirror.
We are everything to our self and everyone, all at once.

It is time to live in the realisation of this,
And receive all that you are at every moment.
