Deep inside all of us, on some level, there is a feeling of inadequacy, and a belief, we are inadequate. We are very clever at avoiding this, by living our lives, To fit in or belong to something or someone, And finding ways to fill our days, justifying our lives. Living our lives by others expectations, unconsciously. It just happens. We fall into what becomes familiar and what we can relate to, Losing sight of our own ability to recognise our own adequacy, In who we are. We all have a physical body and emotional body. We are often so busy doing our lives, We do not take the time to feel our way in our lives. Our bodies are our greatest messengers and will do us no wrong. That is all we have, nothing more, nothing less. Yet, we dismiss our own ability to trust in our beings. If we listen, Our bodies will bring aspects of ourselves into our awareness, As this is the only way our soul can communicate with us.
