We are like a jigsaw,
We have to find what fits into our life
And put ourselves together,
Piece by piece.
We have to do this on our terms,
Not what is expected,
From our listening and our willingness,
To follow what supports us in who we are.
We can create our lives,
Based on our foundation of love.
As we stand strong in our truth,
And build our own wall to support us,
In our lives.
The middle may have to be broken down,
And recreated, as we move through our lives,
As we are energy and often things change along the way,
But, we will always remain who we are.
We can’t know everything,
We can all be in our listening,
With no resistance and no judgement,
And in our flow of love and acceptance
Everybody will have a different jigsaw,
A different creation.
But they will all be created, piece by piece,
As we all remember, our foundation of love.
