Of our life.
Like the ebb & flow of the sea,
Just coming and going,
Naturally.
Without carrying the responsibility of others.
We are always rushing to get somewhere,
Worried about being late,
Or letting someone down.
How would it be to live our lives,
Doing what we are doing,
Without carrying that extra responsibility?
We have all come here on our own,
Born to a woman, our mother,
Who, is our vehicle into this world.
As a mother, always a mother,
Worry about our children,
Regardless of how old they are.
As human beings, that is natural to care for our young,
And take responsibility for them.
We are all human,
We have all come here to live our journey of self,
And discover who we are from the inside out.
We all have a responsibility to ourselves.
If we continue to take responsibility of others,
We are denying ourselves of discovering our self,
Feeling our worth,
And allowing ourselves to feel us.
This takes time and commitment,
And a listening and acknowledging,
Which can easily be dismissed.
Sometimes it is easier to deny ourselves,
Than to feel.
We think.
Our bodies are a reflection of us,
Any ailment, disease, weight issue, pain,
Is our bodies way of communicating with our inner knowing.
By taking responsibility of ourselves,
Allows others to do the same.
While we continue to take responsibility of others,
We continue in the same pattern, the same way of being.
No-one and no-thing can give us what you are not giving to ourselves,
Everything is borrowed or temporary,
We are all that we have to belong to.
