We are our light to ourselves and the world,
We have to be our light to ourselves, first,
Everyday we make a difference to somebody,
Naturally, often without any awareness.
We have to live in awareness of ourselves,
And be grateful to ourselves for showing up,
In our lives,
For being our courage and our strength.
Everyone of us,
Is challenged in some way everyday,
No one is devoid of this,
But, often we dismiss ourselves,
As we are so busy doing what we are doing.
We have to feel our gratitude,

At being who we are,
To ourselves.
To remember how to feel,
Our own magnificence,
Rather than give ourselves a hard time,
And looking to others for their approval.
We are all unique,
We are all valuable,
We are all meant to be here,
There are no mistakes.
Be kind to you,
Be surprised,
Be alive,
Be open & allow.
Accept your uniqueness,
Love it and embrace it,
Remember you.
