To prove our worth,
We are letting go our need,
To prove, to judge, to compete,
Against ourselves and others.
In this moment,
Will bring a contentment,
A sense of peace and humility,
Of ourselves.
In this, there is a deep respect and understanding,
Of our own existence and our being,
Allowing us to live in our consciousness,
With a renewed awareness of ourselves.
This knowing, comes from deep within our soul,
The knowing we were all born with,
Of our purity and love,
Bringing each of us an acceptance,
Our acceptance of our self.
Giving us all, our opportunity to breathe freely.
