We Have To Flexible

In our appreciation of ourselves, We cannot appreciate ourselves, Because of one thing, Or because of who we are. We have to appreciate ourselves, Our journeys, For living our lives, For being here. This morning, I woke up, With the message, ‘Bloom’, Be my bloom, To bloom, In who I am. We all have to know it is ok, To be our own bloom, To be our purpose, To shine in what we are. We are not one thing, We are everything, We are not another’s belief, We are our own belief. We are our everything to ourselves, We are our own significance, Yet often we look for that from others, Losing sight of our own being. We are what we are, We are unique, There is no one else like us, We cannot compare. To compare, is to become separate, To deny ourselves, Of our own uniqueness and qualities, And our appreciation of our self. Allow your self to appreciate you.

We Are All Spiritual

We are all spiritual beings, We all have a soul, Our inner knowing, Living in a physical body. Everyone is spiritual, No one is not, Many do not know or realise this, Living in a physical world, Becoming separate from their own spirituality. Our awakening, Is our realisation of our own spirituality, It is a process of our awareness, It is us opening up to what we are. Each one of us, Is on our journey of self, We agreed to this before we were born, Yet when we are born, we forget. For many it maybe too difficult, To take responsibility, To allow the process, To remember all we are is a spiritual being. Everyday, we are bombarded, With messages, some obvious, some cryptic, We are controlled, We are suppressed and denied of, Our ability to remember. All we have is ourselves, Our bodies are our vehicle into this world, Our bodies bring messages to us, In the form of physical disease and ailments, As this is all we can rely on. There are no mistakes, Disease and ailments are a reflection, Of our stagnant, dense energy, Yet we often do not associate the messages, In what our body

Every Door

Every door, We open to ourselves, Leads us to somewhere, Whatever door we go through, We go too. Wherever we go, Whatever we do, All we can know, Is ourselves, And allow our self, To lead us, Through our own trust and love, Of ourselves. Our journeys are, Our own to live. Along the way, We may meet people, Who will come with us, For a time, But we have to allow ourselves, To follow our own journeys. Each one of us, Has a different route to follow, Our own love, our own understanding, Our own respect, Is ours to have and live in. We just have to allow ourselves, To feel our own authentic love, That lies within.

One Day

One day we are a child, The next we are an adult, Left wondering, What happened? Many of us arrive at adulthood, Not knowing how we got there, Or what is expected of us, Or what we should be doing. Often living on automatic pilot, Trying to get through one day to the next, Not knowing how to deal with, What is being thrown at us everyday. Some of us having to juggle, Being a parent, work commitments, And in between, Cooking, cleaning, breathing. Being human is challenging, Wondering if we are doing it right, Often just faking it, till we make it, We are all in the same boat. No one knows for definite, Nobody is privy to having it right, We can all pretend we do, We can all have our own philosophies. We are all born of the same, We all have a soul and a body, We have no right to judge another, Or make them wrong. We have all come here, To be human, That means something different, To everyone. What we can do, Is have compassion for ourselves, In our compassion for ourselves, We can have compassion for others. We all have challenges, We

It Is In Our Allowing

For each of us, To allow ourselves, To live our lives, To be in our lives, To be what we want to be, To be where we want to go. We may be doing it, Sometimes in the doing, We still have a resistance, To our allowing, Our power comes from our allowing, Of ourselves for ourselves. In our human existence, We all have a need to be needed, To be better, Or to hide in our, Own ability to be who we are. We often hide in our vices, Whether it be work, drugs, alcohol, exercise, To avoid recognising our needs to be needed, Although we may avoid a vice, like alcohol or drugs, Until we recognise our patterns of behaviour, It does not stop us from living with the need to be needed. It is better to accept our vices, Rather than avoid them, As often, we replace one vice, with another, Often without recognising our justification. In the acceptance, We can allow ourselves, To take responsibility of our allowing of our self. We all just have to know, That just by being who we are, We are enough, There is nothing that can give us, This but

We Are Powerful Beings

We have all been born into this world, This is a sign of how powerful we are, Just in being born. Yet, we do not know, We do not allow, We do not recognise, How powerful we are. We live our lives, In service to others, Putting our lives on hold, Looking for their approval, Their acceptance of who we are. We do not need another’s approval, We need to know how to live, In our powerfulness, Our own significance. Society dictates many rules and regulations, What is accepted and what is not, And how we should behave, It is not about being rebellious, It is about recognising how powerful we are, In who we are. Often we dismiss ourselves, Putting ourselves on hold, Justifying our situation, That seems logical. All we are doing, Is living in denial, Of our ability, To recognise our significance, And therefore, denying our own power, Of who we are. Dig deep and recognise, Your own powerfulness, Respect your power, In being who you are, And do not live, In denial of this. Live in acceptance of this, Embrace it and receive it, Recognise you, And love the power within you.
