Appreciation of who we are. We forget to do this. As children, we are just being, Playing, having fun, Laughing, make believe, Enjoying life. As we grow, We believe, We have to gain, Recognition and, Approval from others. Today, there was a wee boy, Just playing, splashing in the pool, Having fun, Just being with himself. That is a reflection, Of how we should be, At every moment. We are not here to, Be the thinnest, The fittest, The tallest. We are here to live, In gratitude, In appreciation, In respect. Of our value, Our worth, Of who we are, To ourselves. To live in appreciation, Of what we give, Just by being here, In this world. Give yourself a big hug, And say thank you to you, Appreciate all that you are, For being you.

To your beingness. We are not, Our doubts, Our fears, Our insignificance, Our insecurities. We are our own pure love of our self. We all live by what we are shown, And what we see. Often it can be difficult, To see past, What is in front of us, And what we are surrounded by. We are physical beings, With physical needs. We are spiritual beings, With a knowing, An awareness, A purity of self. Yet, we have become separate, From our own love of self, Often searching for the significance, From others. I ask you, To ask yourself, What am I here for? We are not here to suffer, Yet for many, There is suffering on some level. We have to look past this illusion, And remember. Instead of searching outside of ourselves, To receive what we need, We have to go inside, And trust in our own guidance and purity. We are here to remember our love, And live in our vibration of love, As that is what we are, We are all just love in human form. We are all amazing beings, We just have to allow ourselves, To know the credibility of what we are, And

We are born as a baby, Pure and wholesome, Love and perfection. We are born with a body, Within it, is our soul, Our beingness. As we grow, We are so focused, On where we are going, Or what we are doing. We forget, That we were born, Innocent. What makes us decide, To take on responsibility, Pressure to conform, Live by expectations of others? The person you are today, Is the person you have always been. We may have weathered the storms, Faced many challenges, Worked hard, Dealt with what has been given us. Within us, is us, Our love, our loyalty, Our compassion, Our own self. Do not put yourself down, Or give yourself a hard time. Do not be disheartened, Or feel less than. All we and all we can be is love, That is all we have to be to ourselves, At every moment. To remember our innocence, our purity, our love.

Are our greatest gifts, To ourselves, They are all that we have, That belongs to us. Everything else is borrowed, Or temporary. As I have written in many blogs, Often we disregard, Our own self, our significance, our love. Our bodies, will show up, With pain or discomfort, Disease or illness, Obesity, anorexia, and more. To bring ourselves to our attention. We are all here to return to our love of, Ourselves in human form. We have all carried suppressed emotions, Of abuse, abandonment, denial, betrayal, Of ourselves, Over many lifetimes. Our physical bodies, Are showing us, Where we are carrying, The blocked emotions, The stagnant energy, In a physical way. All we are and all we can be is love, But when we deny our emotional self, Of what we are, Our energy cannot flow freely. Often, we do not know, To heed what our bodies are showing us, And run off to the doctor or specialist, To ask what is wrong. Everything that happens to us, Has a significant message, To help each one of us, To return to our love of self. We are energy, We all have to understand, Our bodies are our greatest asset, Our

The other day someone asked the question, ‘What is awakening?’ Awakening is the consciousness of our being, Our realisation and awareness of our self, Of our soul and our inner being. The initiation of our opening up to our own self, Our awakening comes from our within, Not from outside of us. Like a bud, It is the flower, Like a caterpillar, The butterfly. Like the universe, we are the universe, We are all connected to all things. Yet as we grow, We become separate, from our inner being, Forgetting to belong to ourselves, Wanting to belong to someone, or something, Trying to fit in. Our awakening comes to us, In different ways, Our soul wants us to remember, Our connection to our self. We have to listen and notice, The signs, the aha moments, That support us in our awakening. Our journeys are not one thing, Our journeys are different for all, But we are all connected to all things, We just have to trust and be willing, To allow in our own awakening. As, we awaken and trust, We offer others the opportunity, To open up the possibility of their awakening. There is no right or wrong, No

What is your passion? Do you know, you are your passion? What lifts you and excites you? Where do you want to be? We often hold ourselves ransom, Stagnant, doing what we do, Not necessarily doing what we want to do. We are very good at doing what suits, For fear of being left behind or reprimanded, Or be left vulnerable. We may do it well, It may suit family life, Give us an income, security, But may not be where we want to be. Sometimes, we need to stop, And look up to see where we are heading, And ask to be shown or guided to live our lives. The living of our lives, Only begins when we dig deep, And allow ourselves to feel our passion, Feel the stirring in the embers of our being. This is different for everyone. We have to have the courage, To ask ourselves what is our passion, And take that step and allow ourselves, To trust our souls to guide us. Otherwise, we are just existing.
